Who writes the methods
Resume judgement, gap analysis, and development advice are written by HR students as versioned, testable methods. The system executes these methods and records which version produced each result — it does not improvise professional judgement.
What AIHR never does
- It does not invent experience or write unconfirmed facts into your resume.
- It does not treat missing information as a negative answer.
- It does not apply, register, or pay on your behalf.
