What we collect

Account identity (phone number or email), region and language preferences, the profile information you choose to enter (education, experience, skills, goals), and records of the consents you give. We do not collect information you skipped, and we never infer facts about you into your profile without your confirmation.

How we use it

Your profile is used to match career data, generate gap reports and action plans, and pre-fill resumes you explicitly create. Verification codes are used only to sign you in and are never written to logs or stored in plain text.

What goes to external services

Only what a feature you used strictly needs: for example, a web research run sends the research topic — not your identity — to search providers. SMS and email providers receive your phone number or address solely to deliver a code. We list providers on this page as they are enabled.

How AI is used

AI helps organize evidence and execute versioned HR methods. AI output is structurally validated and recorded with model and method versions. AI never creates new facts about you; suggestions stay suggestions until you confirm them.

Export and deletion

You can export your data or delete your account from Settings at any time. Deletion removes your profile and history; we keep only the minimum audit records the law requires, for the minimum period.

Cookies and storage

Sign-in uses secure, HttpOnly cookies with CSRF protection. We do not store access tokens, verification codes, or your profile content in browser local storage.
