Sources & updates

Where AIHR information comes from

AIHR does not rely on model memory alone. This page explains our source and update principles.

Where information comes from

Career taxonomies, government and university policy pages, public job listings, and employer pages. Every record in AIHR carries its source, region, and the date it was last checked.

When sources conflict

We keep the conflicting records and show both, with dates. We never silently average or pick one. You can always open the original page and judge yourself.

When information is stale

Fast-changing items — requirements, source pages, assessments — are rechecked on a schedule. If we cannot confirm freshness, the item is marked as possibly outdated instead of being hidden.

When we research live

If base data cannot answer your question, a constrained research run checks public sources. New findings enter as clearly-marked candidates and are reviewed before becoming reference data.
